After cooling process, finished wood pellets, straw pellets and agro‑forestry pellets can be quantitatively filled into 500‑1000 kg FIBC jumbo bags. It solves low‑efficiency manual bulk packaging problem for large‑tonnage pellet factories, greatly reducing labor cost and improving packaging consistency.

Adopting gross‑weight weighing structure and dual‑speed feeding system (fast feeding + fine feeding), this ton‑bag filler realizes stable weighing accuracy. Working Principle

1. Operators hang empty FIBC jumbo bags onto four bag hooks and clamp the bag mouth tightly with pneumatic clamping mechanism to prevent dust leakage.
2. Under PLC touch‑screen control, materials flow into the bag via fast‑slow dual feeding mode. High‑precision load cells monitor real‑time weight.
3. When reaching preset target weight, feeding stops automatically. After material settling, the hooks release automatically.
4. Filled ton‑bag drops onto pallet or roller conveyor, ready for forklift transportation and warehouse storage.
