Brief introduction
Counter flow cooler is one of the most advanced new cooler in international currently; it uses the principle of countercurrent, cooling the high temperature and high humidity materials. the high temperature pass through the material layer vertically. and touch the materials first then the wind turn hot gradually. The wind direction is opposite with the material direction, make the pellets cooled gradually. will not cause the pellets crack due to its sudden cooling by touching with the cold wind. The air enters into the cooler from its bottom fully, wide entering area, high utilization rate, low energy consumption, easy operation, the cooling effect is remarkable. pellets cooled sufficiently and evenly, using a unique slide valve is a mechanical vibration nesting, smooth operation, nesting smooth, granular temperature after cooling is for room temperature±10‑15°C.

FAQs

Our pellet mill processes wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo dust, fruit tree branches and other biomass waste. Different dies are available for various feedstock. Raw materials should be crushed to 3‑5 mm with moisture 10‑15% for premium‑quality pellets. A dryer is required for high‑moisture materials.
