Product Introduction

Our belt conveyor is widely‑used bulk‑material conveying equipment for biomass pellet plants. It transports sawdust, wood chips, straw and finished pellets horizontally or inclined between different processing machines.

Adopting troughed roller design and wear‑resistant rubber belt, it realizes large‑capacity low‑spillage material transfer. Cleated side‑wall belt is optional for steep‑angle lifting. Optional VFD speed adjustment stably controls feeding volume. Heavy‑duty carbon‑steel frame guarantees long‑time continuous operation.

Modular structure supports flexible layout for new‑built or upgraded pellet lines. Standard flange connection for easy installation. It can run independently or integrate with crushers, dryers and pellet mills for full‑automatic production. Custom belt width, length and throughput are available according to site conditions.

Our pellet mill processes wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo dust, fruit tree branches and other biomass waste. Different dies are available for various feedstock. Raw materials should be crushed to 3‑5 mm with moisture 10‑15% for premium‑quality pellets. A dryer is required for high‑moisture materials.

Common wear parts are in stock and can be shipped together with main machine. For separate orders: air freight 7‑15 days, sea freight 30‑45 days.
