1. Main International Shipping Options

Sea freight is the mainstream and most cost-effective shipping method for biomass pellet machinery and full production line orders. It features large load capacity and low transportation cost, perfectly suitable for heavy industrial equipment export.

Applicable Scenarios: Complete pellet production lines, bulk machine orders, regular non-urgent orders, projects in Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and America.

Transit Time: Southeast Asia 7–15 days; Middle East 20–30 days; Europe 30–40 days; America & Africa 35–50 days.

Service Types:

  • FCL (Full Container Load): 20GP/40GP/40HQ full container shipment. Independent container avoids collision risk, ideal for large turnkey projects and bulk orders.
  • LCL (Less than Container Load): Suitable for single machine or small-batch orders, cost-saving for small and medium buyers.

1.2 Railway Freight (China-Europe Railway)

Railway freight balances cost and transit time. It is stable and rarely affected by bad weather or port congestion, becoming a high-quality alternative for European market equipment delivery.

Applicable Scenarios: European clients, medium orders with moderate time requirements, clients who want to avoid high air freight cost.

Transit Time: 18–25 days to major European stations.

1.3 Air Freight

Air freight delivers fast but at a higher cost. It is not for large main machines, only for urgent and lightweight cargo.

Applicable Scenarios: Machine spare parts, vulnerable accessories, sample machines, urgent project supplement orders.

Transit Time: 3–7 days to most countries worldwide.

1.4 International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

Door-to-door fast delivery with full tracking service. Mainly used for samples, technical documents, drawings, manuals and precision small parts.

Transit Time: 2–5 days global delivery.

2. Professional Export Packaging Standard

To prevent rust, moisture and collision during long-distance ocean transportation, we adopt strict export packaging standards for all biomass machinery:

  • Main machine: Anti-rust oil coating, waterproof and dustproof film wrapping, shockproof foam protection;
  • Precision parts: Custom fumigated wooden export cases with reinforced packing;
  • Loose accessories: Classified packaging and labeled marking to avoid loss;
  • Container fixing: Steel wire ropes and wooden braces for firm fixation to prevent displacement and damage during shipment.

3. Standard Shipping Process

  1. Finish machine production, customer inspection and full balance payment;
  2. Equipment cleaning, anti-rust treatment, standard export packaging and shipping mark labeling;
  3. Booking vessel/truck and container loading;
  4. Complete customs declaration, inspection and full set of clearance documents;
  5. Provide bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice and machine list after shipment;
  6. Offer full tracking service and update shipping status until cargo arrival.
