1.1 T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) – Recommended
T/T is the most popular and secure payment method for biomass machinery bulk orders and complete production line projects worldwide, featuring stable arrival, low handling fee and traceable transactions.
Standard Payment Terms:
- Regular Orders: 30% deposit for production arrangement, 70% balance before shipment
- Custom & Large Production Line Orders: 40% deposit, 60% balance before delivery
- Long-term Cooperative Clients: Flexible payment terms are negotiable
2. Standard Payment Process
- Confirm machine parameters, quotation and delivery time, and sign official sales contract
- Client pays the deposit, then we arrange raw material procurement and official production
- Complete machine production and provide real photos/videos for customer inspection
- Client pays the full balance, then we arrange customs declaration, container loading and shipment, and provide full set of customs clearance documents
- Provide after-sales installation, commissioning and technical guidance after equipment arrival
