Description

The roller shell is the main wear-resistant component of the roller assembly. It directly contacts the raw material and ring die. Proper fluted or dimpled designs improve material gripping performance and pelletizing stability.

Our pellet mill processes wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo dust, fruit tree branches and other biomass waste. Different dies are available for various feedstock. Raw materials should be crushed to 3‑5 mm with moisture 10‑15% for premium‑quality pellets. A dryer is required for high‑moisture materials.
