Description

The roller assembly is installed inside the ring die and compresses processed biomass materials between the rollers and die to form pellets. It mainly consists of a roller shell, roller shaft, bearings, bearing housing and sealing components.

Our pellet mill processes wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo dust, fruit tree branches and other biomass waste. Different dies are available for various feedstock. Raw materials should be crushed to 3‑5 mm with moisture 10‑15% for premium‑quality pellets. A dryer is required for high‑moisture materials.
