Product Introduction

Our cyclone dust collector, also named cyclone separator, is primary dust‑removal equipment for biomass pellet plants. It separates coarse sawdust and wood‑chip dust by centrifugal force, improving workshop environment and protecting downstream fans and equipment.

Made of heavy‑duty carbon steel, it has no vulnerable filter elements, features low‑operation‑cost and stable continuous running. It can match rotary airlock valve for dust discharging. It serves as pre‑separation device for hammer mill, dryer and conveying system.

Standard flange connection makes installation convenient. Custom‑made airflow capacity according to pellet‑line output. Can work standalone or combine with bag‑house filter for higher‑level dust treatment. Widely applied for new‑built and upgraded biomass pellet production lines.

Our pellet mill processes wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo dust, fruit tree branches and other biomass waste. Different dies are available for various feedstock. Raw materials should be crushed to 3‑5 mm with moisture 10‑15% for premium‑quality pellets. A dryer is required for high‑moisture materials.
