3T/H Complete Biomass Pellet Production Line Ready for Shipment to Southeast Asia

Recently, our complete 3 ton‑per‑hour biomass pellet production line has finished assembly, no‑load running test and pellet trial production. This full‑set line consists of wood crusher, rotary dryer, biomass pellet mill, pellet cooler & sieve, material silos and supporting conveyor systems. The whole set of machinery will be delivered to a biomass energy enterprise in Southeast Asia.

The local raw materials for this project are mainly wood sawdust and palm kernel shell. During early communication, the client discussed raw‑material features, moisture requirement and plant layout in detail. Our engineering team optimized ring dies and press rollers according to high hardness and strong fiber characteristics of palm shell, to guarantee long‑term stable machine performance.

Strict full‑range quality inspection has been finished before delivery. We sent complete machine photos and trial‑run videos for remote customer acceptance. After balance payment, all machines will go through anti‑rust export packaging and be loaded into 40HQ container for sea freight.
