Features:

working principle:
When the SKJ series Flat Die granulator is working, the power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and the main shaft drives the die plate to rotate; the material rotates with the die plate and is forced to be squeezed between the die plate and the pressure roller, and the pressure roller is driven to rotate by friction. Form the continuous extrusion force of the pressure roller on the material; under the above mechanism, the material is continuously pressed into the die hole, and finally extruded from the die hole to form rod-shaped particles, and finally rolled out from the discharge port through the material pushing device. The power and transmission mode of the Pellet Machine are as follows:
SKJ105 series flat die granulator is powered by motor, with belt drive and deceleration mechanism;
SKJ120~2-450 series flat-die pellet machine is driven by diesel engine or electric motor, driven by universal coupling and decelerated by differential gear.

Use and maintenance:
1. Before using the machine, first check whether the bolts of each part are fastened.
2. Before starting the machine, loosen the two adjusting bolts at both ends of the pressure roller, then start the motor, and observe whether the rotation of the machine is the same as the mark.
3. Take 10 jin of bran, 50 jin of fine sand, and 10 jin of engine oil and stir evenly (105, 120 type halved, 350, 450 doubled). Tighten the adjustment bolts of the two pressure rollers first (the gap between the pressure roller and the template is 0.1-0.3mm), then start the machine, and then discharge and grind one after another, repeat the grinding several times in this way until the die holes are smooth and all the materials are discharged. After stopping the machine, punch out the remaining material in the die hole with steel nails.
4. In the early stage of pellet machine use, stop feeding before stopping the machine. After the materials in the silo are processed, add oily materials and press them into the die holes to keep the holes lubricated so that no blockage will occur in the next use.
5. The length of the granular material can be controlled by adjusting the upper and lower positions of the cutter above the discharge port.
