PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION

This series of rotary crusher can crush all kinds of crops straw, such as corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw, alfalfa, grass, etc.  Also can grinding size less than 800 x100x10mm (thickness) of wood plate or wood batten and off cuts, veneer waste, etc., for bundles material don't need to break the bundle directly into drum tube can be grinded . 

Steel plate welding structure is used in this series of rotary crusher and crusher rotor motor installed on the same base, with drum type coupling direct drive, the rotor by the dynamic balance test, reasonable structure, durable, safe and reliable, easy installation, convenient operation, small vibration, high productivity.

The main structure and working process

（A）The main structure

 (1) Splash guard: prevent material splashing out.

（2）Rotary drum tube: For feeding raw materials, and feeding the materials into the grinding chamber.

（3） Hammer rotor : Including main spindle, hammer frame plate, pin shaft, hammer, bearings and other parts, the main moving parts of rotary crusher. Rotor speed is higher, after assembly without pin and hammer into the dynamic balance test.

（4）Support frame: with the function of connecting different parts and support different parts, make all as a whole set. The grinded materials will be sucking out from the side of the bottom bases.

（5） Screen surface fixed splint: fixed screen.

（6） Jack lifting oil cylinder: jack-up ejecting the drum tube,  conveniently for maintenance and replacement of screen.

（7） Control lever for the lifting Jack. Control the lifting and follow down of the jack cylinder.

（B）Working Process

Feeding the materials into the rotary drum tube, then will be feeding into the grinder chamber, at the high speed rotating hammers and the fraction of the sieve, the materials will be grinded, then at the function of sucking force of the fan blower, the grinded materials will be sucking out from the bottom of the machine.

After-sales service

(1) the product is guaranteed for life, free service for one year from the date of purchase, with the exception of:

(a) vulnerable parts damage: hammer, screen, bearings, rubber parts and other

(b) due to user failure caused by equipment failure and workpiece damage is not included in the free scope.

(2) when the user replaces the spare parts, shall use the authorized accessories provided by the factory, otherwise it shall not provide after-sales service and the Company shall not be liable for all the consequences and economic losses arising therefrom.
